Our Barrel-Aged Gin is fantastic in a Negroni, making it closer to a Boulevardier. Lovely in any bolder gin or whiskey cocktails! The aging process has added a warmth and roundness to our bright citrus-driven gin. Aged 2 years in a previously used Rye barrel.
